Polyurethane liquid membrane is a group of liquid waterproofing coating based on polyurethane resins.Use together this system  creates a seamless polyurethane liquid roof membrane across terraces,decks or  flat roofs  reliably protecting building structures over the long term, even under the most demanding of conditions.

Polyurethane Waterproofing Procedure:


1.First cleaned the full surface and free it of any foreign matter.
2.If there is any crack on the surface just cut it on V shape,cleaned it and filled it with 1 part polyurethane based crack filling compound and 2 part white cement(1:2).
3.A two pack  primer polyurethane coat is first applied to the surface and allowed it to dry at least 8 hours.
4.After successive these three coats then brush-applied, each with 2 component polyurethane mixed as per design ratio. Each coat is allowed to dry for at least 12 hours for next coating.
5.The final Polyurethane coat is sprinkled with a layer of 300 micron of sand.
